John Simmons

John Simmons is an independent writer and brand consultant, formerly a director of Interbrand and Newell and Sorrell. His many books on writing for business include We, Me, Them & It, The Invisible Grail and Dark Angels. His fiction includes Leaves, Spanish Crossings and The Good Messenger. A published poet, he leads the Dark Angels poetry publishing programme. He was awarded an Honorary Fellowship by Falmouth University for services to the creative industries. He’s a founder director of 26, the writer’s collective. His work appears in the three volumes of Dark Angels Poets, published by Paekakariki Press – Dark Angels Poets, Book One, And so we Grow and Berliners.

Therese Kieran

Therese Kieran is a Belfast based poet and visual artist. Her work has been featured in Her Other Language, The Honest Ulsterman, Valley Press Anthology, Four X Four, Washing Windows I, 2 and 3 and many others, including Poetry Jukebox’s climate change curation in Paris & Belfast. She’s been twice long-listed for the Seamus Heaney New Writing award. She’s received two Arts Council NI awards. Recently she made the short-list for Poems for Patience and was short-listed and commended for the 22/23 Coast to Coast to Coast poetry competition. She is a member of the 26 writing collective, a professional member of the Irish Writers Centre and is vice-chair of Irish PEN. Her work appears in the three volumes of Dark Angels Poets published by Paekakariki Press – Dark Angels Poets Book One, And so we Grow and Berliners.

Jonathan Holt is a writer, communicator, graduate of the Creative & Life Writing Programme at Goldsmiths, University of London. The winner of the Pat Kavanagh Award for a work-in-progress novla. Represented by The Robbins Office literary agents in New York. HIs is American by birth, Londoner at heart, a member of the 26 writers group and the Dark Angels circle of writers.

Tim Rich

Tim Rich is a writer and lo-fi photographer. His words and images have also appeared in numerous magazines and journals, including Oscillations, Random Spectacular and arterial. His piece Landfall, featuring a poem and four photographs, was exhibited at the Bloomsbury Festival, London, and is now also a limited-edition letterpress print. Tim writes for a living and is a New York Times Bestselling ghostwriter and editor, a member of writers’ collective Dark Angels and a co-founder of writing organisation 26. He lives in Hastings, England. His work appears in the three volumes of Dark Angels Poets published by Paekakariki Press – Dark Angels Poets Book One, And so we Grow and Berliners.

Damien B Donnelly, Producer, Host and Poet

Damien B Donnelly is a 48-year-old Irish, adopted, queer writer and podcast producer who spent 23 years living in Paris, Amsterdam, and London working in the fashion industry, returning to Dublin at the end of 2020. He is the host and producer of the poetry podcast Eat the Storms and the editor-in-chief of The Storms, a journal of poetry, prose and visual art. His debut pamphlet, Eat the Storms, published by The Hedgehog Poetry Press, nominated for a Pushcart Prize and featured on the Poetry Book Society Winter List 2020/21, followed by a Pushcart Prize nominated Stickleback (micro collection) and In the Jitterfritz of Neon, a conversational pamphlet co-written with Eilín de Paor. His first full collection Enough! was published by Hedgehog in August 2022. His poetry and short stories have appeared in numerous journals, both online and in print. His 2nd full collection Back from Away was published on the 8th May 2024 with Turas Press
